Hey Ashley, i live in 3 room flat. So when kitchen toilet and main bedroom toilet are being renovated, it is hard to stay with everyone in one remaining room(non affected area). If you have spare rooms, maybe you can make do with it.

Is not required to be there all the time but is advise to. Because in case of any thief cases happened, they are not responsible for it.

Do note that your gate needed to open at all times from 8/9 am to 5/6 pm.
